Organicking Return Policy

At Organicking, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Only items purchased directly from organicking.in are eligible for return. Products purchased from third-party retailers must be returned to the respective seller.

2. Non-returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food items cannot be returned.
  • Any item that has been used or damaged due to customer handling is non-returnable.
  • Gift cards and promotional items are also non-returnable.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@organicking.in with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us at support@organicking.in within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, contact us at support@organicking.in.
