At Orgnicking, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Process

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@orgnicking.in within 30 days of receiving your item. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please do not send your item back without prior authorization.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds

Conditions

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned and refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an email at exchanges@orgnicking.com with your order number and details of the issue.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@orgnicking.in.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
